Claire Elman


About Claire

Claire works on a variety of litigation matters at BTNL. She earned her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2025 and was nationally recognized by and elected to the Order of the Barristers for her achievements as a member of Alabama’s Trial Advocacy Team and Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. During law school, she served as an editor for the Alabama Law Review, judicial intern to the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and was a member of the Dorbin Women’s Association.

She received her undergraduate degree from a Joint Degree Programme, earning her B.A. with International Honors in International Relations, magna cum laude, from William & Mary in Virginia and the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

Outside of the office, Claire enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs, cheering on Alabama football, and traveling.
