Murphy Barze

About Murphy

Before joining BTNL, Murphy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in History and in Politics and International Affairs, from Furman University in 2020. He obtained his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2023. During his time in Lexington, Murphy was a Lead Articles Editor for the German Law Journal. Murphy clerked for Judge Frank W. Rogers, III of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for the 23rd Judicial District of Virginia.

Murphy joined BTNL as an Associate in 2023 and practices general litigation. Specifically, Murphy practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and tort liability.

Murphy worked as an intern for Hon. Liam Kerr, a Member of the Scottish Parliament, in the Fall of 2018. In his spare time, Murphy enjoys travel, Alabama Crimson Tide football, and English Premier League football.
