Barze Speaks at Joint APCAA/ADLA Seminar

BTNL partner Bruce Barze spoke at the July 17 Alabama Insurance Law and Law Ethics Update in Birmingham co-sponsored by the Alabama Property & Casualty Adjusters Association (APCAA) and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA). The seminar was held at the Birmingham Branch of EMC Insurance Companies and covered 11 topics presented by attorney members of the ADLA. Barze spoke on the segment entitled, “Discovery Issues for the Claims File,” discussing best practices and emphasizing the importance of careful claims file organization and documentation. The APCAA works to develop the workforce of existing property and casualty insurance claims adjusters in Alabama by developing and offering quality continuing insurance and legal education in Alabama.
