Catherine Masingill Joins Barze Taylor Noles Lowther LLC
Catherine Masingill has joined Barze Taylor Noles Lowther LLC as the firm’s ninth attorney. She graduated earlier this year, cum laude, from The University of Mississippi School of Law.
During her time at Ole Miss, Catherine argued on UM Moot Court Board’s Gaming Law Advocacy Team for two years, served as the Executive Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review, was a member of Dean’s Leadership Counsel, and acted as a Guardian ad Litem representing the interests of children involved in family violence actions. Catherine also was published in the Gaming Law Review for her article addressing some of the environmental concerns facing today’s gaming industry.
Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation from Mississippi State University, summa cum laude, in 2018.
At BTNL, Catherine’s work will focus on environmental law and general litigation matters.
“We are delighted to have Catherine rejoin us here at BTNL,” said BTNL partner Jim Noles, noting that Catherine clerked for BTNL during law school as well. “We’re well aware of her intelligence and work ethic and are confident she’ll further strengthen our firm’s ability to serve our clients.”
