BTNL Partner Jim Noles Addresses Air Compliance Workshop
BTNL founding partner Jim Noles spoke on the topic of air emissions and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act today at the Air Compliance Workshop for the Birmingham, North Alabama, and Tennessee Environmental Professionals Association in Pelham, Alabama.
Noles, whose practice has included assisting covered facilities in resolving EPCRA violations, focused his discussion on the reasons behind EPCRA, the various reporting obligations arising from the statute and its regulations, and best practices in responding to an enforcement action.
