Barze Taylor Noles Lowther LLC Attorneys Recognized In 33rd Edition Of The Best Lawyers In America (2027)
The 33rd Edition of The Best Lawyers in America (2027) once again has recognized all four founding partners of Barze Taylor Noles Lowther LLC as "Best Lawyers" in their various fields of practice. And we are particularly proud to have two "Lawyers of the Year!"
Bruce Barze is recognized for his capability in the fields of Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Litigation – Environmental, and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. This is his 17th year to be recognized in the publication. In addition, Bruce has been recognized as the 2027 “Lawyer of the Year” for Bet-the-Company Litigation in Birmingham. Bruce previously was recognized, in 2020 and 2026, as the “Lawyer of the Year” for Product Liability Litigation-Defendants in Birmingham. He also has twice previously received the "Lawyer of the Year" designation for Insurance Law in Birmingham (2019, 2024).
Spence Taylor is recognized, for the 13th year in a row, and in this edition is listed in the fields of Insurance Law, Litigation – Environmental, and Litigation - Insurance. Spence was recognized in 2022 and 2026 as the "Lawyer of the Year" for Litigation - Insurance in Birmingham.
Jim Noles was recognized in the field of Environmental Law, and this is his 16th year to appear in the publication. Jim is also a past recipient of the Best Lawyers in America "Lawyer of the Year" designation for Environmental Law in Birmingham.
Todd Lowther was recognized for the ninth year in a row in the fields of Insurance Law, Commercial Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions - Defendants, Product Liability Litigation - Defendants, and Litigation - Insurance. In addition, Todd has been recognized as the 2027 “Lawyer of the Year” for Insurance Law in Birmingham.
